Position Overview :
The After Market Sales Engineer / Spare Sales Engineer is responsible for managing and expanding the sales of spare parts and aftermarket services related to EOT crane, Overhead crane & Industrial crane. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, & generating new client, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the timely delivery of spare parts and services to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers who own EOT cranes and overhead cranes.
- Understand their specific needs and provide customized solutions to address their spare parts and service requirements.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
New Business Development :
- Identify and target potential customers who use EOT cranes and overhead cranes, including industries such as manufacturing, construction, and logistics.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand market share.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer demands.
Product Knowledge :
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s EOT cranes and overhead crane product lines and their spare parts.
- Provide technical expertise to customers, helping them select the right spare parts and services for their equipment.
Quotation and Pricing :
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for spare parts, repairs, and maintenance services.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to secure sales and contracts.
Order Management :
- Process orders efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of spare parts and services.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure inventory availability and timely shipping.
Technical Support :
- Assist customers with technical inquiries and troubleshooting, coordinating with the engineering and service teams as needed.
Documentation and Reporting :
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order history.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
