Position Overview :
Candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing
client relationships, and providing technical expertise to our customers.
Proper Product training & Technical Training will be provided.
- Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing & renewing orders, completing sales, & arranging deliveries.
- Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain our company’s products & services to customers & Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
- You will be an important face of the brand to our customers and you will develop and maintain good customer relationships in the local market
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial oil sector by leveraging market knowledge, networking, and lead generation strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their requirements, address their concerns, and provide effective solutions to meet their specific industrial oil needs.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our industrial oil products and their applications. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to clients and prospects through presentations, technical discussions, and product demonstrations
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales plans and initiatives.
Provide technical support to clients regarding the application and use of industrial oil products. Offer guidance on product selection, usage, and troubleshooting, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Prepare regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, market trends, and customer feedback.
Initiate contact with potential clients and nurture relationships. Conduct product or service presentations via virtual meetings. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and CRM system for tracking leads and opportunities. Regularly report on lead generation and conversion progress to the management team.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics. Provide insights and recommendations for business development strategies. Utilize this data to evaluate performance and make necessary adjustments to achieve sales targets.
